PRIORITY – eQualSuite the first Greek GRC software

In recent years, the markets for consulting services and software solutions have undergone a profound change. Up until the middle of the previous decade, particularly in Greece, there were companies solely dedicated to offering consulting services related to ISO, Compliance, Audit, Risk Management and similar areas. At the same time, other companies were exclusively focused on delivering software solutions to address the same issues.

In the past few years, these two markets have essentially converged. It’s becoming increasingly impractical for a company to exclusively offer compliance, audit or risk management consulting services without also providing a software tool to facilitate the implementation of necessary actions. This integration is particularly important for large organizations required to implement Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) policies and procedures where the use of relevant GRC software is absolutely essential.

Yet, who is the most qualified to develop this software? Is it a company solely proficient in coding? Or is it a company with an in-depth understanding of business intricacies and compliance and governance requirements, allowing it, along with its own developers, to provide a fitting tool to the market? Certainly, a profound understanding of requirements and standards aids in designing and developing a functional—or even outstanding—software solution.

A new branch of GRC software has emerged in the market in recent years. PRIORITY, a key player that pioneered the first compliance software in 2005 (18 years ago), is actively engaged in this industry. This software, bearing the intentionally misspelled name eQualSuite, has evolved to encompass six collaborative modules:

  • ISO manager
  • Business continuity manager
  • Data Protection Officer (DPO)
  • Risk manager
  • Compliance manager
  • Audit manager

The six subsystems are interconnected, feed each other and facilitate the work of compliance managers, risk officers, audit managers, DPOs, etc. Some of the largest Greek companies have already procured either the entire eQualSuite platform or individual modules.

It is important to note that the applications have been developed in adherence to European and Greek legislation, eliminating the need for adjustments to the existing regulatory and legislative environment. At the same time, any necessary modifications requested by customers are promptly carried out by Greek developers at an exceptionally competitive cost.
