Founded in 1995, PRIORITY SA (www.priority.com.gr) has become a leading consulting firm in Greece, specializing in Management, IT and Training. Operating from offices in Athens and Nicosia and boasting a team of over 90 executives, the company has successfully delivered more than 4,000 projects. Serving a diverse clientele of more than 1,300 companies including 52 from Forbes’ Top 100, PRIORITY has achieved an impressive average growth rate of 26% over the last four years, closing in 2023, with revenues €7 million and projects spanning ten countries.

Our software solutions

Since 2005 we have been at the forefront of software development, crafting eQualSuite- the sole Greek GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) platform, with independent modules supporting DPOs, Risk Managers, Compliance Managers, Business Continuity Managers, ISO/QA/EHS Managers, CISOs and Audit Managers. Through Microsoft and IBM technologies (workflow automation, BI, RPA, smart apps, etc.), we automate and optimize business processes, while representing international software companies in the fields of Business Process Management, Cyber Security awareness, whistleblowing, etc.

 

Training solutions

In the field of training, we boast an extensive library of internally developed e-learning courses covering our areas of expertise. This collection is further enriched with tailor-made courses to address specific needs of our clients. Complementing this, we offer a diverse array of in-house training sessions and seminars within our domains of expertise. Many of these programs come with an added benefit of international certifications.

1991

Konstantinos Anastasakis, the founder of PRIORITY, completes one of the first 3 ISO 9001 quality management systems certifications in Greece.

1995

PRIORITY is established. Its core business is developing and optimizing business processes based on international standards and good practices in the fields of quality, environment, food safety and occupational health and safety.

1996

We undertake the first certifications in Greece for:

  • HACCP certification in a food industry
  • ISO 14001 & EMAS environmental certification in a chemical industry
  • Occupational Health & Safety Systems according to OHSAS 18001, which is the precursor of the ISO 45001 standard, in the construction sector,
    • These certifications were among the first in Greece.

1997-2000

Our influence grows as we take numerous business process development and optimization projects, establishing ourselves as a market leader. We build our team of experts specializing in environmental protection, food safety and occupational health and safety.

2001

PRIORITY is converted into a SA company.

2002

During the first year of operation of the the Hellenic Accreditation System- E.SY.D, we complete the first EN 45001 laboratory accreditation, the precursor of ISO 17025, in a chemical lab.

2004

We undertake the first major project in the public sector (Olympic Village Polyclinic) and we create teams of experts in the health and public sector.

2005

We implement the first installation of our eQualSuite software, which manages and automates ISO system processes, being a valuable assistant for every QA/EHS Manager. We create our first team of developers and business analysts and internally develop the mindset of integrating technology into business processes.

2006

We complete the first 5-day ISO 9001 lead auditor seminar for business executives, who obtain the international IRCA certification. The training department of the company is created.

2008

We complete the first information security management system in Greece, which is certified according to ISO 27001 by foreign auditors. The Cybersecurity Department of the company is created.

2009

We celebrate the successful completion of 1000 consulting projects.

2010

We complete the first IT services management systems (ITSM) in the banking sector, which is certified according to ISO 20000 by foreign auditors. We create a team of ITSM experts that deepens in ITIL, CobIT and relevant ISO standards and gradually cooperates with all core banks and various businesses across sectors.

2011

We launch the new eQualSuite version implemented on Microsoft .Net. eQualSuite has more than 70 installations.

2012

We achieve a milestone by implementing the first business continuity system in a core bank in Greece, certified to BS 25999 and subsequently upgraded to the ISO 22301 standard. We create a dedicated team of Business Continuity experts, eventually becoming pivotal in major national projects. At the same time the company ventures into international projects, initiating operations in Portugal, particularly focused on IT Service Management.

2013

We maintain our pioneering spirit by embarking on the initial ISO 14064 certification project for carbon footprint calculation and successfully establishing the first energy management system according to ISO 50001. A dedicated team of experts in carbon footprint and energy conservation is formed, a decade ahead of its mandated inclusion by the ECB for systemic banks and the climate law for various sectors in Greece.

2014

We become the exclusive partner of BCMI in Greece, one of the largest Business Continuity Institutes in the world and certify the first business continuity experts in Greece.

2015

We implement large regulatory compliance projects in the Public Sector for the Health Region of Crete and for 31 Public Hospitals throughout the country. We undertake a business continuity project in Romania.

2016

We develop corporate social responsibility reports and code of conduct in large organizations. We undertake the first projects for the development of anti-bribery management systems, which are certified according to ISO 37001 and the first projects for the development of regulatory compliance policies and procedures.

2017

Having over 50 executives, we implement some of the most important compliance projects under the European Regulation on personal data-GDPR one year before its deadline. We create our team of privacy experts that consists of business consultants, legal and cybersecurity experts. We gradually undertake GDPR compliance projects for some of the most important businesses in Greece.

2018

We initiate our own organizational and digital transformation process, focusing on innovation and process automation. In the same year, we exceed € 3 million in turnover. The expansion of eQualSuite begins to cover the functions of an integrated GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platform. Special modules are designed for GDPR, Risk Management, Internal Audits, Compliance, Business Continuity and we update in a more modern way the ISO Manager. The Training Department is upgraded to an autonomous Division and constantly enriches the range of seminars, workshops and innovative e-learning courses it provides. We create the maturation and management team of public sector projects.

2019

PRIORITY starts its operations in Cyprus, with an office in Nicosia. We complete the first Data Governance projects in the financial sector and create the team of Data Governance experts.

2020

PRIORITY expands into automation solutions and undertakes the representation of leading vendors from the international market in Greece. We create the team of experts in process automation. We create an experienced Penetration Test team, while undertaking our first projects on behalf of our customers. We enrich our technical services in Cybersecurity.

2021

PRIORITY completes the first ESG projects (in systemic bank and the industrial sector) based on the ECB's new requirements and the EU taxonomy. We complete major projects for simplification, optimization and automation of processes in the private sector and undertake similar projects in the public sector. We become an official partner of Alpha Bank to subsidize our customers through development law, the NSRF and the Recovery Fund. We create the recruiting team and undertake our first projects on behalf of our clients.

2022

We expand our partnerships in process automation software, Business Process Management, Cyber Security Awareness, Whistleblowing etc., undertaking more and more projects. We exceed € 5 million turnover and 80 employees, with an average growth rate of 26% over the last four years.
