About us

PRIORITY SA is the pioneer management and IT consulting firm in Greece, specialized in the development, implementation and automation of business processes according to international ISO standards and best practices.

We provide consulting services, software and training in the fields of quality, food safety, environment, energy, health & safety, corporate social responsibility and during the past decade, we developed our IT Governance services: Information Security, IT Service Management (ITSM) and Business Continuity.

The key to our success is that we offer expertise on all industries based on the experience gained from more than 2000 projects. Our consultants improve your business simply, quickly and effectively.

Priority’s milestones

1991: Konstantinos Anastasakis, the founder of PRIORITY completes one of the first 3 ISO 9001 certifications in Greece.
1995:   PRIORITY is founded.
1998:   We undertake the first HACCP certification in a food industry.
1999: We undertake the first CE Mark certification.
2000:  We complete the first EMAS environmental certification in a chemical industry, conducted by foreign auditors.
2001:   PRIORITY is transformed into an S.A.
2002:  During the first year of the Hellenic Accreditation System - E.SY.D’s foundation, we complete the first ΕΝ 45001 laboratory accreditation, the precursor of ISO 17025, in a chemical lab.
2005:  We install the first ISO administrative procedures automation software, the initial version of today’s eQualSuite. We complete the first Occupational Health and Safety certification according to OHSAS 18001.
2006:  We complete the first 5 day lead auditor IRCA seminar to business executives.
2008:  We complete the first ISO 27001 certification in a health services unit, conducted by foreign auditors.
2009:  We celebrate the successful completion of 1000 ISO projects.
2010:  We complete the first ISO 20000 certification in the bank sector, conducted by foreign auditors.
2011:  We launch the new eQualSuite version, implemented on Microsoft .Net.
2012:  We complete the first ISO 22301 certification, on the same year that the standard was issued. We undertake our first project abroad (Portugal), on the IT sector and specifically on IT Service Management and the ISO 20000 standard.
2013:  We undertake the first ISO 14064 certification project for the calculation of carbon footprint and the first EN 15224 certification for health services. We undertake the first Temos preparation project for a large Health Unit.We complete our first ISO 50001 project.
2014: We undertake the first ISCC Certification project and become the exclusive partner in Greece of BCMI, one of the 3 largest Business Continuity institutes in the world and certify the first business continuity experts in Greece. We complete the first ISO 28007.
2016: We develop corporate social responsibility reports and code of conducts in large organizations.
We undertake the first projects according the ISO 37001- anti bribery management systems.
We complete the first GDPR projects in companies with high risk personal data.
2017: We continue to implement many more projects for the compliance of the companies with the General Data Protection Regulation.

    Production & Management Engineer, MSc Engineering Management, Technical University of Crete, PhD in Operations Management & Strategy, Warwick Business School. Specialized in business process management he has participated in a variety of process reengineering/enhancement projects.

  • Lefteris Anastasakis
    Vice - President

    Chemist, with MBA in Economics. For 27 years, he hold managerial positions in multinational companies, in production plants and in the corporate headquarters, mainly in HR and in the adaptation of Greek businesses to European legislation. As a representative of SEV (Greek Employers’ Association), he participates in various BoDs of state organizations. He is a certified DPO (Data Protection Officer) for the GDPR Regulation.

    BSc in Chemical Engineering – NTUA, MBA in Total Quality Management – University of Piraeus. He is a member of the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and he is experienced in matters of Quality, Safety and Business Management.
