ISO 22000

It is the classic international standard on matters of food safety. HACCP Analysis

BRC for food safety

It was developed by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) and is addressed to all food industry companies that export products to British supermarkets. IFS Food

It is the food safety standard introduced by the German and French Retail Association and is addressed to all food industries that export products to the supermarkets of these countries. FSSC 22000

It is a certification standard recognized by the largest food retailers.
