Training for Executives

PRIORITY is training executives in a regular basis through business seminars for more than twenty-five years. Till today the Company has trained over 4000 executives across the whole country in multiple education themes such us Information Security, Business Continuity, Environment, Energy, Food Safety, Antibirbery etc.
The Company through a big number of projects in different industries, has already trained many executives. That fact qualifies PRIORITY with the ability to provide hands-on training and providing experiences from real cases and facts.
The trainings have theoretical and practical session. The duration and the training method varies accordingly to the theme the level of the course.

Our company provides training programs through Virtual Reality technology which offer a unique training experience for business personnel. The Virtual Reality environment offers realistic training to personnel as it allows them to see, touch and interact fully with objects and the surrounding space. This has the effect of significantly increasing the effectiveness of the training as the personnel actually implements the object of the training in real time and deals with scenarios that can be easily simulated only through Virtual Reality. In addition, the time and cost of training is reduced compared to the traditional way as there is no need to gather staff at the same time in the training area. Virtual Reality training is offered for health and safety issues (eg work at height), emergency issues (eg evacuation of a building in case of fire), work on construction sites (eg equipment handling) etc.
Panorama 360ο training is a complete solution in the field of training as through it the staff is trained, informed, evaluated, and solves its questions. The educational process for the staff is selected, the workplace is photographed in 360o perspective and through the application a digital environment is created in which the staff browses the physical space, sees important information and is invited to interact with its points. In addition, personnel can express their questions in real time and answer questions to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. The solution can be used to familiarize staff in areas and procedures without requiring their physical presence in the area. PRIORITY can offer detailed KPIs on staff performance as well as ongoing support for content upgrades.
Training in the traditional way of the room always has the advantage of human contact. The transmissibility and experience of the presenter can often achieve a better result than other forms of education. PRIORITY has been systematically training business executives through seminars for the last twenty-five years. To date, it has trained more than 4000 executives across the country on a variety of educational topics, such as Information Security, Business Continuity, Energy, Environment, Food Defense, Antibribery, etc. The Company, through a large number of projects that has implemented in different sectors, has already trained a significant number of executives, which makes it able to provide hands-on training with real case studies. The seminars have a theoretical and practical part. The duration varies depending on the topic and the level of knowledge provided in the seminar. The seminars are divided into eight main topics: 1. For asynchronous e-learning PRIORITY has developed a series of courses in simple and gamified versions. The courses are presented in a simple and understandable way where the user through interaction with the platform is trained easily, quickly and at the pace he desires. Specifically, gamified versions further enhance the learning outcome as the trainee learns through the interaction of a game. At the end of each topic as well as at the end of the course the trainee must answer comprehension questions in order to successfully complete the course and print his certificate of attendance. In this way the company can evaluate the effectiveness of the training and identify new training needs. PRIORITY can issue for each e-learning, a variety of reports that include data such as course completion rate, test success rate, average course completion time, total training time, etc. This information is useful in the HR Departments as it highlights educational needs of the staff and at the same time constitutes proof of staff training. PRIORITY offers its customers either ready-to-use courses in specific thematic units (IT Security, Energy Management, GDPR etc.) or new courses tailored made to the needs and particularities of each customer.
Distance learning is a result of the evolution of technology and is quite widespread in recent years. PRIORITY offers modern distance learning in all topics. The advantage of distance education is that the learner can choose the place to attend the training. With the new communication platforms, distance synchronous learning approaches the feeling of education in the classroom as the trainee has the opportunity to express questions and queries to the lecturer orally or written. PRIORITY applies training methods which create cooperation and participation of the trainees in order to improve the effectiveness of the training.
