ELOT 1435 – the specialized standard for the advertising sector

The ELOT 1435 standard is a specialized quality standard for the sector of advertising companies. It came up as a requirement for the selection of contractors in public tenders from the legislation L. 3688/2008. According to the standard, the areas of interest are:
• advertising agencies
• media specialists
• public relations companies
• one-to-one marketing and direct marketing companies
• branding & design companies
The basic requirements of the standard are:
• Business plan
• Financial management
• Contacts with customers
• Staff training and evaluation
• Partners and suppliers
• Communication program management
Moreover, it also includes specific requirements in legal documents to be considered an advertising company.
