Code of Conduct – the framework of business values

The Code of Conduct reflects the basic operating principles of the company and defines the framework of values and behaviours that should govern relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and partners. The Code of Conduct is a tool for managing and promoting corporate identity as it describes the business ethics and culture of the company.
The thematic sections that the Code should cover are the following:
• Workplace
• Customers
• Suppliers
• Environment
• Society
These sections describe principles such as: measures to combat corruption and bribery, measures to handle discrimination in the workplace, health and safety issues, measures to handle conflicts of interest, ensuring the integrity of corporate property and financial information, etc.
The Code of Conduct concerns all employees and is proposed to be followed by partners and suppliers.
PRIORITY help the company to develop and compile the Code of Conduct taking into account its business needs and particularities. In addition, it develops procedures for the proper monitoring of the implementation of the Code while it can train the staff.
