Course description
Nowadays, the role of support staff a sales department has been upgraded from a simple handling procedure in a complex process that contributes highly on the internal organization of the sales department, and the services provided to the customers.
The aim of this course is to provide the necessary skills and techniques that ensure the smooth and efficient cooperation and are aligned to support the company's external suppliers, and better utilization of corporate clients.
