Course Description
The Six Sigma (6s) methodology is a structured approach aiming at the reduction of defective products and services, improvement of processes and cost reduction. The methodology uses a variety of proven and modern tools from the fields of TQM (Total Quality Management), Statistics and Lean Management. It is applied for more than two decades in companies (industrial and services) that are considered leaders in their fields, with spectacular results.
Who should attend the course?
The course is suitable for executives of companies which already apply or are thinking about applying some 6s improvement projects in order to optimize final product / service cost and quality. Those already involved in Quality Management attending the course will have a first contact with the Six Sigma methodology and an acquaintance with new possibilities and perspectives. This seminar is the first step towards certification in the first level (Yellow Belt). If participants attend a more advanced course lasting 2 days, and pass the exam, they will receive a Yellow Belt certificate.
