_1433The Hellenic Organization for Standardization (ELOT) adopted in March 2008 the Technical Specification (TD) 1433 'Education Services - Criteria for evaluating the service quality of secondary education support schools and foreign language school". The specification follows the structure of ISO 9001 setting at the end a table with the corresponding paragraphs of the two models.
The Technical Specification includes requirements for:

 

  • Tutoring facilities
  • human resources
  • designing and implementing a training program
  • evaluation of educational programs
  • measuring satisfaction of students and their guardians

 

The Technical Specification in the Annex sets data parameters and objectives of educational services that facilitate monitoring through quantitative and qualitative indicators.
