In order to exploit more efficiently the resources of the NSRF 2007-2013, public sector organizations are required to confirm their adequacy of management through the development and implementation of a Managerial Competence System so as to implement the projects undertaken in the most effective and efficient manner.In this context, it is a necessity the Managerial Competence System to meet the requirements of the Greek standard ELOT 1429 " Managerial Competence System for NSRF recipients"
The types of competence which an organization can be certified organization are:
A: Public technical infrastructure.
B: Public procurement and services.
C: Specific actions, including:
Education, home help, actions implemented by own means, etc.
The Managerial Competence System must include the following units or roles:
Planning projects and activities
Design and project maturity
Public competition procedure and contracting
Project management and technical object certification
Financial Management
Internal Audit
Legal Services
Technical Service (Type A)
The Greek standard has been implemented under the ΚΥΑ No. 43101/ΕΥΘΥ 2038 and is certifiable by ESYD accredited, Certification Bodies.
PRIORITY, having the experience of more than 800 certified management systems in all sectors of the economy is able to lead NSRF recipients in identifying their needs for new operating practices, prepare the necessary procedures, train the personnel, form the procedures, verify the proper maintenance procedures and offer special software eQualSuite for computerized process management.
