PRIORITY identifies and records the particular characteristic of the area of the plant, identifies and assesses the environmental impacts from the operation of the plant both during operation and during the construction period, and also determines the necessary means and measures aiming at the environmental impact reduction according to the legislation, and best available techniques & practices.

PRIORITY ensures the submission of study on time at the competent authority and monitors the approval process of the study. If the competent authority requires clarification, PRIORITY shall immediately provide further details to complete the process in the shortest possible time.
